The 黑料社 maintains a list of adventurous activity providers who have been assessed by the Outdoor Learning Team to deliver safe provision to 黑料社 groups.
All of the providers on this website list have also been approved by the 黑料社鈥檚 procurement framework: Flexible Framework Agreement for Sports and Physical Activities for Children and Young People.
黑料社 groups undertaking onsite and offsite adventurous activity must comply with the Excursions Policy and have their proposals approved via excursions@edinburgh.gov.uk.
黑料社 group leaders undertaking adventurous activity should have attended Group Leader Training (CF2483) within the last 3 years. 黑料社 excursion resources are available via CEC Excursion Planning (experienceoutdoors.org.uk).
If a provider is not listed on the following pages (web list), 黑料社 groups should contact Marion.Austin@edinburgh.gov.uk for further guidance, and copy excursions@edinburgh.gov.uk into the email.
Providers must complete an application and tell us about how they work, their safety procedures, insurance cover and staff qualifications. Interested providers should contact excursions@edinburgh.gov.uk.
